She isknown for being a team player and her energetic approach toward work,accomplishing projects and motivating people.Brittney currently works as a client support specialist with ADP where she has helpedpayroll practitioners navigate Workforce Now. As a client advocate for The Predictive Group where she helped businesses understandtheir people and utilize their staff to be a more successful. She provided client support and assisted those clients in finding the right training opportunities for their employees. She also provided hiring advice and consultations based on the Predictive Index results. Before moving to Arizona, Brittney spent five years in the Indiana State University Career Center working in employer relations and student employment. She coached and managed AmeriCorps members to complete their required amount of service hours, as well as helped students navigate their job searches. She has created trainings for supervisors on how to manage employees and investigated employee complaints.Brittney served as president of Midwest Association of Student EmploymentAdministrators (MASEA), and was the youngest person to serve as MASEA boardpresident. As president, she was responsible for eligible to be Society for HumanResource Management (SHRM) recertification provider.When she’s not working, Brittney enjoys baking, spending time with friends and family, and taking her puppy Echo to the dog park.
