Trying to make things more efficient, one step at a time.Currently operating as a Program Specialist within the Recruiting org focusing on process improvement in relation to our hiring process (improving the offer accept rates), as well as employee retention (reducing attrition). I work closely with candidates and former employees to better understand their experience with us and see how we can improve it.Working in the EMEA Recruiting team I have had the chance to work on a number of projects:• Sourcing for non-technical business focused roles (Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales)• Sourcing for technical client facing roles (Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architects)• Sourcing for technical roles (Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, Cloud Consultant, etc.)Consulting stakeholders in staffing and on the business side on:• Pipeline building, recruiting analytics, data analysis (pass through rates, time to hire, funnel planning)• Project management and planning (forecasting, pipeline monitoring)• Process improvement projects (increasing sourcing yield, sourcing productivity improvements)• Learning and development (facilitated sourcing trainings, internal systems and data analytics trainings and workshops, onboarding of new staffers)
