As part of the Oakridge Project, I am engaged in a cutting-edge mixed-use development that integrates commercial and residential spaces. My role involves overseeing various aspects of the project, from coordinating with stakeholders to managing construction phases, ensuring that this landmark project meets its ambitious goals of enhancing urban living and business environments.Core Responsibilities: 1-Provide project coordination and support for Phase 1A North, Phase 1A South and Overall Bicycle Silos, and anchor tenants.2-Provide schedule management by proactively monitoring and updating project schedules. Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet project deadlines.3-Provide Cost Efficiency by improving cost tracking and analysis, as well as identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.4-Data Extraction: Extract and organize GC\'s monthly schedule and bill of sale excerpts to create north and south-specific data for review and analysis.5-Site Progress Reviews, oversee site progress and ensure milestones are met.6-FFE Progress Tracking: Monitor procurement and installation of FFE.Participate in Design updates, and RFI management to reduce the queue:1-Screen RFIs: Filter and prioritize RFIs to streamline responses. 2-Track RFIs and Submittals: Maintain a weekly log of requested information and coordinate with consultants on outstanding items.Provide Frequent and seamless Communication and Coordination:1-Consultants Coordination: Facilitate weekly touch base with architect\'s document control and consultants for timely response delivery. 2-Monthly Updates: Conduct monthly follow-ups with GC\'s assistant PMs for logistics, civil works, and other critical areas.3-Conducting frequent site walks, progress reports, RFI and submittal tracking, monitoring the critical path.
