Assigned to the T-Mobile account, leading complex engineering initiatives related to new technology design, development, testing, verification, and support. Work across multiple internal departments to ensure appropriate tracking and communication of technical issues and drive wireless product initiatives forward via a combination of technical expertise, organizational abilities, influencing strengths, and leadership skills. • Play key role in the design/development of commercial wireless products, working in lab/field environments to evaluate product functionality, quality, and standards conformance and ensure interoperability • Draft, edit, and review a wide variety of reports, technical manuals, test procedures, and technical product repair information—ensuring adherence to T-Mobile’s engineering standards and business philosophy • Correctly represented the urgency of issues and escalated issues appropriately by incorporating project management tools such as MS Project. • Prepare/track detailed project product development schedules, milestones, and deliverables from initial wireless carrier lab entry to final approval—in addition to handling all MRs, post-launch issues, QCs and VOCs • Appointed to be in charge of a flagship product model within 6 months of hire; subsequently recognized for working on the highest quantity of models in the past 20 months, including T-Mobile’s 1st 5G Sub 6 device • Interface with corporate Korean development engineering teams, US support team members, and various other department team personnel to creatively resolve engineering challenges and deliver on customer requirements • Temporarily took over responsibility for HLFS/MTR/CFS submissions on multiple projects, ensuring SOCs were locked down successfully while fulfilling T-Mobile’s core requirements • Managed WEA3.0 project, effectively meeting an FCC-mandated deadline and providing management with clear status reports, technical recommendations, and migration plans
