FIS Derivative Utility offers Middle Office and Back office clearing operations and IT services to its clients. Client Service is a face to our business and I server as point of contact for Derivative Utility clients in NA. I lead a team that supports production services for the entire platform, applications, oversea Release and Change management. Responsibility includes frequent meetings with external clients, to review large initiatives, Service Quality, Incidents and Problem management, SLAs performance and new service demands. Responsible for ensuring periodic review of BCP, organize DRE (Disaster Recover Exercise), signing off on open Risk and Audit points and managing infrastructure life cycle.
