Was working as Head of Engineering services(repair and maintenance) with OYO in Rest of North Region – Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. ∑ Planning preventive maintenance schedule and handling day to day maintenance activities. ∑ Audits of upcoming properties, inspection of utilities/assets, vendor management, fault detection and rectification, seepage correction, plumbing line corrections, STP operations and maintenance, ∑ My work involves handling end to end Repair and maintenance of all the Hotels/Properties. Experience of handling utilities of (350*3) TR,(1200 *2) TR Water cooled chiller,(56*4 ) TR VRF, individual AC’s, 62.5 TO 500 KVA DG’s. ∑ DG and lift operation and maintenance including AMC’s, APFC panels, AMF panels, handling HT/LT panels lines defects and maintenance and MEPC services, HVAC, Asset maintenance, power backups, lifts, solar boilers, geysers, boilers, appliances, civil works etc. ∑ Working efficiently to optimize electricity, fuel, water, R&M costs and lead independent efficiency projects to bring in process improvements.
