HTML, landing page, campaign delivery set up, data imports and mapping, segmentation, QA, approval, evaluating, deployment, monitoring, and reporting; factor learnings to optimize the next set of campaigns.– Project Management: Excellent project management skills, responsible for maintaining marketing project timelines, drafting creative briefs, copy, design layouts, graphics, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations.– Guideline Documentation: Creating and updating, when necessary, guidelines and procedures for email marketing programs, outlining and guiding all aspects, including compliance, consent, and legal.– Design & Rendering: Perform render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails render correctly and meet the brand guidelines.– Advanced Strategies: Proficient understanding of journey mapping, email triggers, list segmentation, behavior targeting, send time optimization (STO), A/B testing, and Setting up advanced dynamic content elements.– Technical Proficiency: Troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates and other aspects of email execution.– Inbox Delivery: Understanding the backend journey of an email and the barriers to making it to the inbox.– Client Handling: Experience working with top-level UK-based BFSI and E-commerce clients.
