About Mayur Kale
After passing out in October 2020 as a Mechanical Engineer from A. P. Shah Institute of Technology affiliated with University of Mumbai, I got hired as a Junior Design Engineer in Crescent Engineering and Consulting. Being a Mechanical Engineer, I\'ve always had interest in creating things; where Engineering design pulled my attention. From the subject Engineering Drawing in the first year of Engineering to the Design of Mechanical Systems in the Final year, it was one hell of a journey which inspired me to pursue my career as a Design Engineer in Mechanical field. My final year project was to Select and Design a suitable battery pack for an Electric Bike which gave me quite an experience of different aspects in the design field and urged me to research and develop more into this new and trending concept in the market. I myself a Design Engineer aspire to grow deep into this field where I could command over my skills with greater knowledge for which I also took an external project where my aim was to Design a power generating turbine at an outlet of a water treatment plant in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai known as CETP. To enhance my knowledge I have completed courses of Solidworks, Autocad, Design Practice on NPTEL, Ansys and am still aspiring to learn more to get better each and every day. I have also done an internship at Ocean Energy where my job was to design various installation parts for a Robotics project being designed and manufactured for a government funded museum in Gujarat and also design various parts like brush pad for sensors and templates for windshield for the Automotive field where I also received them as contracts.
