ABOUT MAYURI SETHIYA

Most e-commerce experiences still expect customers to do the work - search, filter, compare, and decide.I’m working on changing that.At Home Depot, I lead AI product strategy for Magic Apron, building conversational, agentic systems that understand customer intent and guide them through complex shopping decisions, both online and in-store. My focus is on reimagining product discovery as a dialogue, not a query; leveraging LLMs, multimodal inputs, and real-time context to create more intuitive and effective shopping experiences. Before diving into Generative AI, I’ve worked across Personalization, Marketing Technology, and Content platforms, leading initiatives in customer segmentation, experimentation, and CMS-driven experiences. I’ve partnered closely with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver highly relevant, engaging customer experiences across digital channels. To date, my work has been recognized with 15+ Homer Awards for creating shareholder value, entrepreneurial spirit, and building strong relationships, along with two Executive Homer Awards and an Orange Spotlight Award - distinctions awarded by senior leadership for exceptional impact.I’m particularly interested in the future of Agentic Commerce, where AI moves beyond answering questions to actively helping customers complete complex projects from start to finish.#AIProductManagement #GenerativeAI #LLMs #ConversationalAI #AgenticAI #ProductStrategy #ConversationalCommerce #CustomerExperience #Ecommerce
