Finalizing contracts, MSA & Rate Cards. • Working with internal, vendors and Subcontractors staffing team to source relevant profiles for the client\'s requirement. • Coordinate with engineers and hiring managers from profile sharing to onboarding, ensuring profitable billing rates. • Generating leads through social media(linked in) and interacting them with cold calls and cold mails to source relevant candidates. • Actively work with clients to monitor and assess their active requirements. • Schedule sales meeting, coordinate with teams, take MOM. Also Maintain and update internal sales data weekly using MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Negotiate bill rates with clients based on candidate selection. • End to End support throughout the process, including uploading profiles, selection, negotiating billing terms, and successfully onboarding candidates at client place.
