Oky is an open-source period tracker and SRH education app. It is co-created with and for girls in developing countries to meet their digital realities (connectivity, devices, literacy, safety, and gatekeepers). Key responsibilities- Provide Oky deployments with critical support to help them launch and scale up while adhering to UNICEF\'s standards of child protection- Provide on-site support to UNICEF Papua New Guinea office to deploy Oky PNG and build partnerships for sustainability.

ABOUT MAYURI BHATTACHARJEE

I am a global development professional with over 14 years of experience driving social impact across diverse projects in the NGO and corporate sectors. In 2019, I launched the widely-covered Dignity in Floods campaign, which garnered over signatures and successfully advocated for period-friendly flood shelters in Assam. Apart from my professional milestones, I have held various leadership roles. I am a Climate Reality Leader and have served as a mentor at The Climate Reality Project. In 2017, I was elected as the Curator of Global Shapers Kolkata Hub and represented the Global Shapers community at World Economic Forum\'s Annual Meeting Davos 2019, along with 40 other Global Shapers. Some accolades I have received for my professional work- Ton Schouten Award for WASH storytelling from IRC WASH in 2019- In 2020, I was named an SDG Champion for Goal 5 (Gender Equality) by the World Economic Forum\'s SDIS program.Over the 13 years I have built my expertise on cross-cutting issues of gender, health, digital innovations, climate change, WASH. My core skills are advocacy & campaign strategy, curriculum development, creative & design thinking, documentation, research and training & capacity building.
