Currently working with XL Dynamics as a associate analyst in Pre-Risk Review Team. • Having knowledge of the underwriting process of US Mortgage. • Good understanding of conventional and government loans including Purchase and Refinance loans. • Examining title documents (Prelim report, Title policy, Purchase contract, Appraisal report, Deed, Deed of Trust, Liens, Judgements, Easements, Endorsements, Property type, Survey). • Ensuring the title to prevent property from the restrictions that may compromise/affect the lien position. • Reviewing and evaluating loan documents and clearing the conditions as required by underwriting. • Quality check of the loans boarded by the team members and provide valuable feedback to them on the area in which they need improvement. • Reviewing the loan packages as per investors requirements and submit to the respective investors to get approval so that the loan gets closed on committed time.
