As a Strategic Communications Consultant, the aim is to become a generalist with in-depth knowledge of each frontal, concerned with multiple stakeholders including beneficiaries of the Jal Jeevan Mission but not limited to: 1. Building media consumption content (textual and audio-visual) in both English, Hindi and Bengali languages for better reach into the rural population of West Bengal.2. Preparation of Content Calendar which included propagation of achievements, IEC materials and any official announcement from the departments end to ensure accountability and transparency of our work. Assessment of social media insights and analysis in order to facilitate the development of a much more beneficiary-centric experience by the policy makers.Additional Duties assigned by Management: 1. Building a robust monitoring mechanism at the State and District Level for faster resolution of issues and providing the necessary support to the system with ease of communication from a bottom-up & top-down perspective. Developing zone based reports to track progress and stay target oriented in mission mode for implementation of JJM. Regular field visits for evaluation and assessing impact of our policy decisions. Liaison and building networks with district wise stakeholders consisting of public representatives and administrative officials. Develop research notes, press briefs and any other task assigned by management.

In 2018, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St Xavier\'s College (Autonomous) Kolkata. Previously, I worked in the Management Consulting industry, in the domain of Election Campaign Strategy, Design and Implementation, with I-PAC. Currently, I am working as a Consultant for Jal Jeevan Mission, in the Department of Public Health Engineering, Government of West Bengal.
