Key Responsibilities:ISO Certification and Auditing- Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications (e.g, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)- Act as the ISO Lead Auditor, conducting internal audits and ensuring continuous improvement in HSE management systems- Prepare and coordinate external audits for ISO certification and recertification processes. Crane Management- Oversee the management of 20 main cranes and 50 supporting cranes, ensuring safe and efficient operations- Develop and enforce crane safety protocols, including regular inspections, maintenance schedules, and operator training programs- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations for crane operations. Operation and Maintenance HSE- Implement HSE practices for the operation and maintenance of solar plants, ensuring compliance with the Factories Act and other applicable regulations- Monitor and address HSE risks associated with plant operations and maintenance activities. Project Site Compliance- Ensure compliance with the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act and labor laws at project sites- Collaborate with contractors and site teams to enforce safety standards and legal requirements. Portfolio Management- Manage HSE compliance for a 4 GW portfolio under construction and 600 MW of operational solar capacity- Provide HSE oversight and support across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.Skills and Expertise- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO standards, and auditing processes- Strong understanding of the Factories Act, BOCW Act, and labor laws- Expertise in crane safety and management- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork- Proven ability to manage large-scale portfolios and ensure compliance across multiple sites.
