About Mayur Gaur
As an Engineering Program Manager at Cisco for over nine years, I have been partnering with the cross-functional engineering, marketing, and services stakeholders to ensure that the product and software launches are successful from the customer experience perspective. I have been leveraging my skills in service delivery, operations management, requirements analysis, and service-level agreements, as well as my ITIL certification, to deliver high-quality results and solutions for the clients and the company.Before joining Cisco, I worked as a Project Manager at Adecco (working at Cisco) and a Senior Project Manager at HCL Technologies, leading the disaster recovery function for one of the customers of HCL on site and working as part of Service Delivery team with many other customers of HCL. I have a Master of Business Administration focused in IT from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from New Horizon College.
