We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mayuresh Telang to the position of Quality & Compliance Manager for APAC Direct Material Quality, effective 1st April, 2020. In this role, Mayuresh will drive the Quality Management programs for Direct Materials, with a focus on the key needs for the Region, such as micro risk assessments and pest control. Job Rotation Assignment Mayuresh Telang Rotating From: Supplier Quality Manager, APAC Rotating To: Digital Engagement Lead, APAC Duration: 2 October 2023 to 1 March 2024 In this GROW rotation, Mayuresh will manage an end-to-end consolidation and acceleration in driving our Digital First agenda, lead the development and implementation of a strong digital pipeline in Q&C Consumer Health, and apply data science tools to solve problems that deliver value to our company, collaborate with other regions and functional pillars to drive connectivity and alignments across teams for organization efficiency and value creation in digitalization, technology advancement and analytic for processes optimization and transformation. Mayuresh, postgraduate in Microbiology -Mumbai University and a certified LEAN Black Belt. He has total 22 years of industrial experiences in pharmaceutical and consumer health. Over his 17 years of tenure with Kenvue, Mayuresh have successfully improvised overall microbiological robustness of India plants in his early career path and further excelled Microbial Risk Assessment & Pest Risk assessment programs with his moved to Regional Plant Hygienist role in 2015. In 2020, he joined APAC Supplier Quality function, contributed to reducing the microbiology/pest failures in Direct Material space by developing an engagement program for suppliers. Mayuresh is very enthusiastic in digitalization. Over the years he has pioneered and co-led the rolled-out of Planet 9-MENSEN application for 30 Global sites, MENSEN Global Dashboard and piloting new MENSEN APP. He proactively increased work efficiency by instituting analytic/visualization tools particularly in multiples Supplier performance aspects. In this GROW assignment, Mayuresh will be reporting to Alycia Lee. Please join us in congratulating Mayuresh and wishing him remarkable success in this new assignment.
