Mayuresh is an entrepreneur, with experience in building and leading successful products and companies.Mayuresh co-founded Lemma, a programmatic ad exchange platform for Digital OOH, that aims to maximize revenue of digital outdoor publishers and enable advertisers to run effective & targeted outdoor advertisement campaigns. Lemma envisions to revolutionize the OOH advertisement industry through providing innovative digital solutions. Before Lemma, Mayuresh setup the India center for PierianDx, a Clinical Genomics Software company, and successfully delivered 2 releases of the product from the India office, leading a multidisciplinary team of Software developers and QA, Bio-Informaticians, MolecularBiologists.Previously as Director Engineering at PubMatic, he led the Private Market Place and PubConnect products. Mayuresh was part of the leadership team which helped PuMatic to grow from a small startup to a leading company in the Digital Ad serving space.Before PubMatic, he worked on his own startup, which provided unique, low-latency, Core Banking solution, EzeeBank, to Credit Co-Operative Societies.Mayuresh is an expert in leading teams of diverse professionals, setting clear goals and inspiring them to work together to achieve them.
