Familiar with relevant onshore and offshore codes and guidelines including ABS, API, DNV, IBC, UBC, Shell Design and Engineering Practices (DEPs) and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) Standard Codes of Practice (SPs), BP Engineering Technical Practice (ETPs)• Experience in Finite Element (FE) Modelling & Analysis (Local & Global) – Areas of expertise includes Linear/ Non-Linear Stress & Fracture Mechanics Analysis. • Proficiency in linear and non-linear structural engineering software tools: FEMAP, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, ANSYS, AQWA, SACS, STAAD-PRO, SAP CAPFOS, USFOS, SBEDS• Proficiency in Programming languages & Post processing tools: C, C++, Python, Matlab, MathCAD
