Hands on experience in Structural and Offshore Engineering specializing in Design, Detailing and Assessment of fixed and floating structures (Onshore & Offshore O&G facilities). • Hands on experience of working in Engineering Consulting Services, AIM, FEED and EPC setups for both Onshore and Offshore O&G / Petrochemical facilities. • Recognized experience with novel Life Extension programs for floating offshore assets (FOI’s FSO’s and FPSO’s) and Fixed Offshore Structures. • Active participant in the development of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and RBV (Verification) programs. • Active participant in the development and execution of In-service Inspections Programs, Incident investigations, Structural Integrity and various Maintenance Survey Programs for both on-shore and off-shore facilities (Structural & Subsea).• Hands on experience with Structural analysis and assessment of fixed and floating offshore installations (Topsides structure, Hull Structure & Mooring System, Jacket/jack up structures) for various components against operational, extreme environmental and survival events. • Analytical assessment and design of structures against extreme accidental loading events.• Hands on experience in analysis, design and detailing of RCC/Steel structures within the O&G/ Petrochemical processing plants including static and dynamic analysis of machine foundations (Tabletop Compressor’s, Gas Turbine Generator’s) • Acquainted with American Standards, International Standards (ISO), British Standard (BS) Euro Norms, Indian Standards (IS). Familiar with relevant onshore and offshore codes and guidelines including ABS, API, DNV, IBC, UBC, Shell Design and Engineering Practices (DEPs) and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) Standard Codes of Practice (SPs), BP Engineering Technical Practice (ETPs)• Experience in Finite Element (FE) Modelling & Analysis (Local & Global) – Areas of expertise includes Linear/ Non-Linear Stress & Fracture Mechanics Analysis. • Proficiency in linear and non-linear structural engineering software tools: FEMAP, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, ANSYS, AQWA, SACS, STAAD-PRO, SAP CAPFOS, USFOS, SBEDS• Proficiency in Programming languages & Post processing tools: C, C++, Python, Matlab, MathCAD
