Modules such as (code of conduct, ESIC, employee service manual, safety induction, industrial relations) editing this presentation module and converting it to audio visual form in such a way that will be easily understandable by blue collar employees of the company. This videos are to be uploaded on the company’s KEKA software. This will be accessible for all the employees PAN India. The work also involves creating catchy and impactful posters for the organisation based on multiple events. Helping the organisation to increase the customer and employee reach on social media platforms and maintaining digital presence. Implementing such strategies and techniques which will help Leadec india Pvt Ltd to maintain its competitive edge in the market.
