I’m Mayuresh Phegade, IT Director for P&G India. I lead three core portfolios—data platforms, information security & data privacy, and supply chain digitization. I shape the data strategy and architect a data lake to manage data across sales, marketing, supply chain, and consumer portfolio. My team engineers & builds data pipelines and BI tools that give every business unit a faster, smarter way to act on data & insights. Our AI-driven analytics provide real-time insights to sales, brand, and supply chain teams, reducing lead times and making every decision more precise.In information security, I design and enforce DevSecOps standards. We build secure-by-default systems, audit our handling of personal and business-critical data, and deploy automated checks across every application and infrastructure layer. Various programs ensure compliance and strengthen trust for consumers, customers, and partners.On the supply chain side, I drive projects that modernize the backbone of our business. We focus on bringing digitization to create value across forecasting, planning, order management, transportation & warehousing.As an active part of the local IT leadership team, we design our tech organization for growth & value. I hire diverse talent (product, engineering, security) and encourage new thinking so our teams can keep pace with change and deliver technology that’s easy to use and creates value for our business.
