From the frontlines of leadership in the INDIAN ARMY to shaping the human capital landscape, my professional journey has been one of purpose, transformation, and impact.I served for 20 years in the Indian Army after rigorous training at the National Defence Academy (NDA) and the Indian Military Academy (IMA). The Army instilled in me the art of leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience—qualities that are indispensable in any high-stakes environment. Transitioning from the armed forces, I found my calling in HUMAN RESOURCES, where I could leverage my leadership experience to drive organisational excellence.I spearheaded the HR function for a South Korean multinational corporation for four years, gaining deep insights into corporate structures, talent management, and cross-cultural workforce integration. Today, as a co-founder and director at Fluxwings Solutions LLP, I am dedicated to enabling businesses, to harness the power of people, fostering agile and future-ready workforces.My passion lies in VETERAN HIRING and enterprise development—bridging the gap between military and corporate careers. I actively mentor and coach veterans from the Army, Navy, and Air Force, guiding them toward meaningful and successful second careers.
