Responsible to ensure the Master Service Agreement (MSA),Statement of Work (SOW), Change Order (CO) and Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) include all of the latest terms and conditions with any/all new technology and/or service offerings (work together with TI QA) Serve as the contracting lead for any/all contracts negotiations between TransPerfect Trial Interactive and the prospect/customer. Responsible for timely contracting related communication between TransPerfect Trial Interactive and the prospect/customer.Ensure that both, TransPerfect Trial Interactive, and our clients, adhere to agreed terms, minimizing risks, and optimizing business relationships.Oversees the internal contract review process to ensure all internal stakeholders (Contracts/TP Legal, Operations, Product, Technical Services, Sales, where applicable) agree with the scope and terms of the contract. Ensuring every fully executed contract is uploaded into the contract management system in Trial Interactive through the approved process and understood by the Customer Success Management team.Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to ensure contracts do not exceeding scope and expected expiry date.Manage contracts scope changes and extensions that were confirmed by the Sales and Customer Success Management team.Ensure any/all pricing and/or offering updates are included in the budget builder.
