As a process design engineer here i am involved in acvities to perform basic and detail engineering for oil & gas, chemical and pharmaceutical sector.1. Pressure Relief Analysis for different Overpressure Scenario using Aspen Hysys and PPM.2. Safety relief Valve Sizing, Selection, Revalidation according to API 520 and API 521, API Conducting equipment wise risk/safety analysis as per API 520/521.4. Study of systems from Process flow diagram(PFD), Piping and instrumentation diagram(P & ID), plot plans.5. Pump hydraulic and line sizing calculations.6. Softwares handles upto date Pressure Protection Manager(PPM) for PSV design, HTRI 7.3.2 for Heat exchanger design, Aspen hysys, Pro II, Visio and Auto-Cad.
