Currently working on the Project of Water Supply for Aurangabad (MS) city, project cost of 2,740 Cr, consisting of 59 ESRs (Capacity of 8.5 lakh litres to 50 lakh litres), 392 MLD Water Treatment Plant, km of HDPE / DI Pipeline within the city and MS (Mild Steel) Pipeline of 40 km from Head Works (Dam) to WTP of dia 2500mm.Here I am looking the whole and sole life cycle of Employee starting from searching, recruiting, record maintaining, performance analyzing (by consulting with his/her vertical head), looking of salary related, food related, travelling related, accommodation related issues till his/her full and final settlement etc. Also managing all the security related activities on the sites by coordinating with the on role security agencies.Also I am actively involved in Liaisoning of various documents from various departments required for the Project.
