Calculating gears micro geometries, lead profiles and gear reverse engineering.3. Benchmarking & Analysis of Automotive transmissions like Automatic, Manual, AMT & DCTs etc.4. Concept design & layout for manual transmission for automotive (4/5/6/7 speed) 5. Modeling & analyzing Dual Clutch Transmissions in SMT MASTA.6. Analysis of Shaft Durability, Gear Mesh Misalignment, calculating von mises, bearing stiffness, FE reduction and stiffness matrix generation, creating duty cycles & load cases etc. in MASTA.7. NPD/Prototype development, Involved in complete transmission proto development, Documentation of PPAP and Handover to production. Analysis for NPD Parts Process and Product critical parameters.
