In my role as a Customs Clearance Coordinator, I ensure seamless import processes by meticulously logging customs documents according to CBSA standards, facilitating accurate file clearance to prevent rejections. Acting as a liaison between customers and CBSA, I oversee the customs clearance upon arrival, promptly requesting and uploading necessary documents on portals. Additionally, I coordinate the efficient pickup of goods from ports, guaranteeing timely delivery to customers. Beyond these responsibilities, I manage the end-to-end financial aspects, including billing clients upon service completion, responding to queries, and handling disputes post-invoicing. I take charge of paying all dues incurred during the importing process on behalf of customers, providing comprehensive services to one-time clients and ensuring timely billing.
