Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for project variations, new construction contracts, and small projects based on client requirements, design drawings, specifications, materials, labor, and plant requirements. • Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings to determine material quantities. • Contribute to the preparation of tender bid proposals by compiling comprehensive cost breakdowns, mark-ups, cost schedules, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide ongoing estimating support for project variations and cost forecasting. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, attend site and client meetings as required. • Identify appropriate suppliers and subcontractors from the company\'s supplier database or client\'s preferred supplier list, and secure competitive quotations and pre-bid agreements.
