Based on findings, taken appropriate steps for quality improvements and worked on deciding audit frequency for each of them. Reviewing Supplier Change Impact assessments (SCIA), Supplier Corrective action Reports (SCAR), Non-Conforming Event & Prevention (NCEP), Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA), Quality Notifications, Lot history received from supplier, suppliers ISO certificates, Acceptance Activity Reports (AAC) for completing the supplier audits. Collaborated with Incoming Quality Inspector to review quality of Material received from suppliers and Recording the Non-conforming materials into SAP through Quality Notifications. Collaborating with Senior Supplier Quality Engineers to create and update SAP Inspection Plans which are use to verify the Critical Characteristics of components at Incoming Inspection area received from suppliers. Creating the changes & Releasing the various documents using Fast Track Change Notice in Windchill. Worked on updating the Complaint Management Plan for various suppliers to comply with CAPA requirements.
