As a Deputy Manager of Accounts & Finance at ALPLA Group, I lead cross-functional teams in transitioning from Tally to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring smooth migration and data accuracy. I also prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and MIS data, to support strategic reporting and decision-making. Additionally, I oversee the implementation of Microsoft D365 Accounting Software, streamlining financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency. With over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, I have developed strong skills in tax preparation, sales, and fixed assets. I hold a Master of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where I studied Business Administration and Cost & Work Accounting. My goal is to leverage my expertise and leadership skills to drive financial excellence and growth in the organization.
