Talent Acquisition – Responsible to manage the entire recruitment process of the organization. This includes job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, negotiating with selected candidates, creating appointment orders, and facilitating seamless onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.• Joining Formalities – Taking care the joining formalities of the new joiners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.• Grievance Redressal - Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner.• Job Description Development- Create tailored job descriptions aligned with organizational objectives and requirements.• HR Policy Development & Implementation- Collaborate on designing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.• HR Records Management- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.• Official correspondences- Draft, review, and manage official correspondences to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.• Employee Engagement Activities: Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment, boost morale, and enhance employee satisfaction.
