Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. i. Analysis of liquid and solid finish goods samples. ii. Analysis of FG and premix samples of solid and liquid products as per FCO specification. Preparation of the COA for release or rejection of FG materials- Equipment Calibration & Maintenance. i. Foster a culture of consistent quality within the QC department by calibrating and maintaining equipment within scheduled date to ensure smooth operations. ii. Preventive maintenance & equipment calibration by vendors. Maintaining records for calibration and maintenance of each instrument/equipment. iv. Ensure 0% downtime of equipment breakdown- Analysis of Raw material and packaging materials samples. i. Daily preparation of all standards and ensure maintaining their 100 % fresh stock for analysis. ii. All RM/PM testing as per the internal testing parameters and preparation of the COA for release or rejection of RM/PM- GDP & GLP and safety. i. Ensure the 100% online enteries in ERP, logbooks,BMR and BPR as per the respective SOP\'s. ii. Ensure for the 100% maintaining the GLP & GDPand safety complianses within the lab. Reporting of nearmiss and conduct the risk assesment at plant or lab. iv. Instruction housekeeping of laboratory.
