   Accountabilities: US Warehouse• Manage / controlled US ICPL two 3P warehouse from India (Inward / Out word / Inventory)• Warehouse documentation with accuracy with consistency. a) Based on marketing instructions, create warehouse-specific Purchase orders b) Preparing Sales invoices.• Inventory Management of warehouse- a) Tracking all ICNA-related dispatches from all three plants in cooperation with the logistics team. b) Thoroughly check the Inward - Storages - Outward moment with the 3P Wearhouse team in both warehouses. c) Preparing GIT/GI/GRN in respective plant inside ERP focus. d) zero stock variance in both US warehouses.• Warehouse invoice verification & payments - a) Verify Warehouse monthly invoices / forwarder charges with actual shipping. b) Submit the monthly inventory report to the account team of both warehouses.Accountabilities: Ambernath Plant• Mange Service Operations under Purchase department- Manage the Ambernath Plant\'s service and repair work in collaboration with Maintenance, Production, Administration, and IT departments.• Vendor Management / Development for Service/ Repair - a) Following up with the vendor/supplier on the repair work and timely delivering the material to the appropriate department. b) Develop strong vendor management to ensure correct repair (with existing / new vendors) at a cheap cost and within the time frame set by the supplier.• Manage documentation of Service/ Repair - Create a PO / GRN for the repair work as needed, submit the invoice to the accounts team, and follow up to ensure payment from accounts to the vendor
