I am an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Database Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting large-scale enterprise Oracle environments across banking, healthcare and retail domains.Currently, I work at Accenture supporting the Qurate Retail Group, where I administer and manage 400+ production and 450+ non-production Oracle databases in a 24x7 mission-critical environment. My role involves working extensively with Oracle 12c/19c, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and multitenant (CDB/PDB) architecture to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.I have strong experience in: • Oracle Database Administration (10g–19c) • RAC & ASM administration • Data Guard (DGMGRL), switchovers & failovers • RMAN backup, restore, duplicate & media recovery • Oracle Exadata support • Performance monitoring using OEM 13c, AWR, ASH, and TFA • P1/P2 production incident handling and root cause analysisPreviously, I worked at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for the State Bank of India, supporting large-scale RAC databases (up to 250 TB) for core banking systems.
