Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions •Understanding the client\'s requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates. • Schedule initial interviews and follow up interviews for successful candidates. •Used the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ceipal to keep track of all the candidate applications. •Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and domain perfection to them for presenting it to clients •Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews. • Interview Set-Ups, Prep-Ups and making sure that the candidate is delivered once the Job Offer is made to them. •Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. •Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC and CITIZEN, etc. Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis.
