A competent professional with 9+ Years of Experience in Automobile Industry in area of B.I.W Jigs & fixtures design & developments, SPM, Body shop process line Design & development (Auto & Manual), 3D Printing-Proto model development, Quality, New model development and Project management in BODY SHOP. • Currently working at OEM, Honda Cars India Ltd, Tapukara plant as an Associate Manager in WELD-New Model department. • I have the knowledge, skills, and experience in Managing, planning, controlling, organizing & improving activities of Production, Quality and New Model development with leading, training and guiding team. • Extensive operation management and cost control skills with ability to conduct investigation of new techniques in production process to improve production efficiency. • Powered with extensive experience in new model development and quality maturation for FMC/MMC models (Passenger Cars) from Concept stage till mass production handover as a Zone leader. • Well versed in welding processes (MIG/MAG, RESISTANCE) & adequate knowledge of Destructive/Nondestructive Testing. • Proficient knowledge of BIW manufacturing processes (Welding, Sealing, Caulking, Hemming, Deburring, Bolting, Riveting, Part fitment, Closures Fit –Finish, Dent-ding). • Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing as well as quality enhancement methodologies like Pokayoke, 5S & Quality Systems. • Key skills in all shop floor activity, Quality, Process, Safety, IR issues, actively support to ISO, OHSAS, TS, TPM, Quality system, jig/ fixtures & tools. • Experienced in handling engineering software like CATIA V5 R28, UG-NX, CREO 3.0, AUTO-CAD(LT). • SPEC writing / Spec Study for Jig / fixtures and Inspection Jigs (Kengu). • Experienced in 3D printing technology with industrial grade 3D printer (Stratasys F370). • Strong exposure to various design and manufacturing processes related to new manufacturing line built up and jigs development.
