   Complete ownership of PDLM deliverables for NPD and LCM programs for Ultrasound systems through reliability plans, DQT plans, testing and reporting.• Develop system level hardware tests driven through design change using standards and procedures to ensure quality and reliability of Ultrasound devices.• Provide design feedback to development groups through mechanical, electrical and safety test results. • Underwent DfR Practitioner training, basic electrical safety training for Ultrasound.• Steered in continuously developing a very detailed and exhaustive Best Practice Material for Ultrasound LCM Projects.• Complete US system knowledge to assist technical support for system upgrades and downgrades.• SPOC for Windchill help and training for the Reliability team for seamless release of DHF documents. • Experience in developing and setup of automated fixtures to test reliability of Ultrasound systems. Currently working on “Automated Wall Crash Fixture for Ultrasound System Durability Evaluation” which is under concept and design phase, publication of a conference paper is under process.
