Versatile professional with 6 years of experience in management consulting, the world’s largest retailer, a seed stage startup as well as an MBA and MS in Design Innovation. 4 years at BCG focused on Consumer Retail & Tech sectors, with expertise in supply chain, portfolio, and product strategy, and experience managing small teams of 1-2 people. Skilled at driving successful collaboration between cross-functional, global stakeholders learned through project work in the USA, UK, and India.My supply chain experience includes network strategy, demand & supply planning, and middle-mile logistics optimization for global consumer & retail clients at BCG as well as an MBA internship on the last-mile delivery team at Walmart eCommerce. In GTM, I have worked on pricing & product strategy, distribution channel strategy, and business model innovation at BCG. Additionally, I have experience doing brand positioning, consumer research, and digital marketing & promotion optimization my MBA internship at Cumin Club, an Indian food CPG & QSR startup based in Chicago. My education has prepared me to be a cross-functional leader. In graduate school, I built on my generalist business toolkit as a strategy consultant with an MBA at Kellogg. In parallel, my MS Design Innovation program at the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern trained me in new, creative approaches to problem-solving using the design thinking methodology. Besides academics, I pursued leadership and industry education as Co-President of the Food and Agribusiness Club.In college at the University of Chicago, I majored in Economics and minored in Creative Writing. Since then, I have honed my skills in both qualitative storytelling and constructing data-driven arguments to drive my stakeholders to take action. Outside the classroom, I worked as a barista at a student-run cafe for 20 hours a week. This experience was incredibly formative in teaching me about building community, supporting teammates with professionalism and empathy, and of course - putting smiles on lattes & customers\' faces :)
