Values-driven critical thinker, currently a Sr Research Assistant at Brookings Metro. Eager to drive systemic change via policies directly informed by the experiences of the communities most affected. Want to extend equal opportunity to historically excluded communities—not for, but in partnership *with* those communities. At Brookings Metro, I examine regional, cross-sector collaborations (or lack thereof) between civic, corporate, nonprofit, philanthropic, and government actors designed to drive inclusive economic growth. Here I’m intrigued by many questions, including how policy, trust, relationships, and organizational systems can shape a region’s capacity to enable all its people to thrive. Other ongoing curiosities: public interest technology, workforce development, upward mobility, US/local environmental justice, organizational development and leadership, mediation and negotiation

   Working with local leaders to assess how small- and mid-sized cities are using federal funds to drive inclusive economic development, especially for historically excluded communities. Developing policy analyses, insights, and recommendations based on both data and people\'s lived experiences.
