I’m a higher education leader with nearly 15 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, and strategic enrollment management. As Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services and Director of Undergraduate Admission at Northern Illinois University, I lead efforts to recruit, admit, and enroll a diverse student body.A proud Chicago Public Schools graduate, first-generation college student, and daughter of immigrants, I know firsthand the challenges and opportunities that higher education can bring.
