About Mayra Molina

Born and raised in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, I’m grounded in the values of community, equity, and opportunity. As the daughter of immigrants, I’ve dedicated my work to expanding access to resources, networks, and pathways to economic mobility—especially for Latino, BIPOC, and women communities. My experience spans public service, political campaigns, and strategic community engagement. I’ve worked on local and congressional campaigns where I mobilized voters, built grassroots coalitions, and helped shape messaging that resonated with diverse, working-class communities. Most recently, I served in the office of Congressman Dan Goldman, where I supported constituent services and community outreach across one of the most dynamic districts in the country—ensuring immigrant and underrepresented voices were not only heard but prioritized. Outside of the political sphere, I’ve collaborated with mission-driven organizations to design inclusive programs and advocate for systems-level change. Whether organizing on the ground, leading civic engagement efforts, or amplifying underrepresented voices, I bring a people-centered, equity-driven approach to every space I step into. I’m especially passionate about uplifting the Latino community and reimagining systems that create lasting, inclusive impact.
