ABOUT MAYO SHATTUCK
Mayo is the CFO of The Foggy Dog, an e-commerce company in the pet space founded by his wife, Rose Shattuck. He is also an active investor in early-stage consumer products brands including Rothy\'s, Marine Layer, OLIPOP, johnnie-O and many others. Mayo is a former Director at KKR where he spent over 11 years leading investments across a variety of the firm\'s credit strategies. While at KKR he co-managed KKR\'s deal execution team across the firm\'s $25bn private credit portfolio. He was also a senior originator focused on both private debt origination and capital markets solutions. Mayo sat on the board of Fortune Creek Midstream, was a board observer of both Willbros Group (ticker: WG) and Solyndra and has extensive restructuring experience. Prior to joining KKR, Mayo was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the investment banking division in both New York and London. While there, he focused on mergers and financings in the industrials and natural resources group. Mayo received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Shattuck serves as Board President of the Solid Rock Foundation, a foundation focused on helping at-risk youth.
