Over the years, my HR journey has evolved in lockstep with business transformation—spanning start-ups, rapid scale-ups, restructuring initiatives, post-merger integrations, and enterprise-wide transformation programs. I currently serve as Vice President – Human Resources at Network18 Group, leading the end-to-end HR agenda for TV news channels and their corresponding digital platforms. My mandate extends beyond business HR to include enterprise ownership of HR Technology, HR Policy design, and Process Governance, enabling consistency, scalability, and compliance across a complex, multi-geo, multilingual organization. My work is focused on building business-aligned HR operating models, strengthening governance and risk frameworks, and driving workforce productivity, leadership capability, and talent effectiveness in high-pressure, 24×7 environments. I actively leverage HR technology, analytics, and data-driven decision-making to support organization design, performance management, rewards architecture, and long-term capability building—ensuring HR functions not just as a support function, but as a strategic enabler of enterprise outcomes.
