Instrumentation and Experimentation - Captured feature specifications with hypothesis-testing metrics. Covered avoiding performance regression and improving top-level session success and driving-up usage- Developed instrumentation requirements documents for building feature reports, which help to monitor feature-health post deployment. Reporting - Updated and presented detail and high-level feature status reports, within and with partner teams- Communicated progress of features at detail and high-level, validating this with metrics, to fulfill team-KPI requirements- Held regular customer check-ins to maintain the feedback loop on features with customers. Requirements Specification - Used User statements, feature metrics, Research, Engineering and Design feedback to argue why features were required, the cost to produce them, and the build and deploy approach for them, in the specifications document- Worked in teams with stakeholders, including Design, Engineering, Research, Accessibility, to safeguard the Product Design choices- Maintained Specification documents during regular, iterative review sessions, to augment Product Design choices with domain knowledge. Release Management - Worked with engineering to unlock blockers quickly and early, via standups, backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions- Supported hypothesis for rollout in various experimentation validation forums, guided by the expectation of the performance in the rollout environment- Liaised with partner teams to ensure the support for features is shared within partner team priorities.
