About Maylu Burrows
Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a positive impact, I am a Chemical Engineer constantly seeking opportunities to gain knowledge and experience. I possess a strong work ethic and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Currently, I am part of the Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) at Carrier. During my first rotation, I joined the Advanced Materials Group supporting all business units by conducting materials failure analysis and compatibility studies to address our customers\' unique needs. For my second rotation, I am working as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Fire and Security Division at Kidde. Here, I lead the research and optimization for fire extinguishing agents. Lastly, I am working as a Test Engineer implementing process improvements for laboratory practices, and supporting HVAC testing.
