Feb. 2018-current • Develop and implement Talent Management strategies and programs to drive the performance, engagement, and retention of associates with a focus on talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and succession management. • Enhance, deliver and maintain standardized full-cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency including leading and managing all talent acquisition processes up to offer/hire and vendor relations. • Manage budgets for Talent Acquisition across the enterprise for all locations and departments. • Track applicants through the interview, selection phase and on-boarding phase while providing oversight and education to the Talent Acquisition team and organization, to meet system and EEOC compliance. • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement processes. • Oversee and ensure pipeline development exists for current and future recruiting efforts. • Responsible for reporting metrics for Talent Acquisition department. • Attend Career Fairs for recruiting as well as company promotional branding. • Responsible for Affirmative Action and I9 Audit Compliance. • Manage instructor-led and virtual leadership development courses for associates. • Lead training projects by working with learning developers to design and deploy training programs across the enterprise. • Responsible for creating career development paths for organization and succession planning of workforce. • Assist managers with employee relations and corrective action process. • Assist and aid staff with departmental questions regarding HR processes, policies, FMLA, ADA, Leave administration.
