ABOUT MAYIRA THOMAS MAYFLY COACHING
I\'m Mayira, someone who aims to spread inspiration, positivity and calm to those I meet through my speaking, poetry and coaching. My mission is to guide our next generation to see themselves living a more focused, confident, empowered life by being better decision makers and thriving in our ever changing world. I call it planting the seed. I\'ve worked within the education sector for over 22 years in various roles as a teacher, college and university student mentor, careers adviser and now coaching too. I work with the 15-25 year olds who seem a little lost in direction, focus, or feels they are just sailing along and not thriving. I work in partnership with parents/carers and educators to lessen their overwhelm in how best to support their 15-25 year old. I offer a 6-12 session ENGAGE Self-Confidence programme for 1:1 or small groups, we work on the situation at hand together to come up with solutions in a calmer outlook and that moves all parties forward in a healthier and happier way.
