About Mayer Krochmal

From the very beginning of my career I became the go-to tech person in every office. Colleagues relied on me for help with computer issues, new software, or training, even when my role was not technical. That natural curiosity and aptitude for technology shaped the direction of my career.In 2018 I joined Buildium as a career reset and quickly realized I had found the work I was meant to do: helping customers succeed with the software they rely on. I rose through the ranks of support and ultimately became a product manager, a role that brought everything together. In that position I turned customer feedback into solutions and delivered products that made a real impact.I remain as passionate about solving customer problems today as I was in those early days. I thrive at the intersection of support and product, bridging teams, translating user needs into meaningful improvements, and ensuring customers feel heard.I am now exploring new opportunities in product management, senior support with mentorship or team-focused leadership, or account management focused on building long-term relationships and driving customer success.Outside of work I enjoy repairing watches, sharing a good whiskey with friends, and taking a nice walk.
