Serves as the internal data coordinator for the Maternal and Child Health portfolio across the NewYork-Presbyterian enterprise, consisting of eight public health programs—including HealthySteps, Postpartum Doula Program, Robin Hood Maternal Mental Health, Community Health Worker Program, Mom and Baby Mobile Health Unit, Upper Manhattan Early Childhood Connect (UMECC), Obstetric Centering, and Social Work—supporting thousands of families annually-Works alongside the analytics team conducting data collection efforts and tracking deliverables to produce periodic reports. Supports statistical analysis, interpretation, and reporting for grant applications, program evaluations, presentations, and quality improvement initiatives across obstetrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health-Collaborates with community-based organizations (CBOs), program leads, and multidisciplinary staff across two Ivy League academic medical centers—Columbia University Irving Medical Center and Weill Cornell Medical Center—including obstetricians, pediatricians, behavioral health specialists, nurse practitioners, social workers, psychologists, doulas, community health workers, and administrators—to address caregivers\' needs, improve service delivery, and tackle community health challenges across multiple campuses/boroughs-Leads scholarship initiatives, organization, and research design. Authors peer-reviewed publications that highlight program outcomes, objectives, and innovative approaches to maternal and child health.
