As a Data & Analytics Manager, I specialize in designing and implementing data-driven solutions that empower organizations to make informed decisions. With a Bachelor of Science and Technology from UFABC and a growing expertise in Web Design and Development from Humber College, I blend analytical rigor with a creative mindset to solve complex business challenges.Currently, I lead analytics and reporting initiatives at Seneca\'s Centre for Institutional Data and Enterprise Analytics (C-IDEA), where I drive data strategy, reporting automation, and cross-functional insights to support institutional goals.Previously, at BTG Pactual, I specialized in Wealth Management, leveraging AWS, PySpark, SQL, and Power BI to consolidate and analyze key metrics such as Revenue, NNM, and AUM. I spearheaded a transformative project integrating disparate data systems across the bank, enabling enhanced monitoring and decision-making.Earlier in my career, at TERA and DXC Technology, I played a pivotal role in data strategy, reporting automation, and BI solutions, utilizing tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI, Google Apps Script, C#, and WinAutomation.
